Fresh pickles supply our body with essential vitamins C, A, K, folate, and minerals like iron, calcium, and potassium.  Vitamins and minerals are very important because they protect us from diseases, help build immunity, strengthen bones, enhances vision, as well as cure anemia.

And so pickles control diabetes.The acetic acid present in vinegar is responsible for this phenomenon. However, you shouldn’t  consume too much-salted pickles as large quantity salt will increase blood pressure.
