First, How to make boiled eggs? Well… place the eggs in a large saucepan to hold them in a single layer and then add cold water to cover eggs by one inch and heat over high heat just to boil them. Next step is to remove from a burner and to cover pan and then let eggs stand in hot water about 12 minutes for large eggs or 9 minutes for medium eggs. Finally, drain them immediately and serve warm or cool them completely under cold running water or in a bowl of ice water and then refrigerate.

Hard-boiled eggs in your diet add good fats to your body to keep your heart healthy and also pack important vitamins to help protect your eyes and keep your bones strong.
