In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pour coffee and cacao. Using a spoon, make these ingredients very dry. Pour oil into one and vanilla into another. Slowly pour cold water overall. Beat on low speed until thoroughly combined. Pour into a greased and floured square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. 

Then beat egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl with electric beaters until they became pale and thick. Add the whipped cream and mixing gently. Then beat egg whites in a medium bowl with electric beaters until it becomes with soft peaks form. Using a large metal spoon, gently fold egg whites into the mascarpone mixture. Dip enough biscuits into the coffee and cocoa mixture. Cover the biscuits with the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers ending with the cream. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Dust generously with cocoa and serve.
