The Perfect Very Berry Smoothie


Why are smoothies so good for us? First, they contain healthy ingredients. Second, they are healthy and good for your body. Third to sum up never refuse a fresh smoothie for a quick breakfast!

Smoothies can be good not only for breakfast but at any time in your day. We suggest you choose a fruit that has a lower sugar content, in our case that is the forest fruits. If you want your smoothie to be thicker you can use bananas for that, but the serving of banana has just over ten grams of sugar. Grapes, cherries, mangos, figs, and grapes also have a lot of sugar.

We suggest you to try using a fruit with less naturally occurring sugar, so opt for the frozen variety. Frozen fruit, especially with no added sugar, will make your smoothies thick and frosty. Half a pear with a handful of ice cubes is another way to get that great smoothie texture.
